Some people blogs to make money. Yes its one of the best way to make money. But try not to sell something in your blog. If you give free tips or advice, it is possible that people will come again to your blog for more information and education.

News spreads through the internet like a wildfire. If the news is hot everyone else will start writing on it and link back to where they found it. In most cases it is not easy to break news due to lots of people trying to do the similar thing. But if you can find the right time to tell some news people will link to your blog as well as read it on a usual basis so they can be up-to-date on the latest events.


Write timeless posts
Try to write some things that can last longer. Your post maybe not get the attention needed right away but most cases it will become popular a couple months after that. Don’t only write some post that only hot for 1 week, mix it with some post that are timeless.

Asking blogger for links can be a good approach to increase your traffic. But also, you can join some conversations to increase your popularity.
